Presentation: Consider approval of Change Order 3 in the amount of $114,648.22 and Change Order 4 in the amount of $156,266.20 for the contract with Capital Excavation, Inc. for the Marketplace Avenue Extension project and authorize $445,758.85 in construction contingency for the City Manager to execute future change orders for a total contract amount not to exceed $8,475,091.24.
