  • Center Street Segment: This project will upgrade Center Street from Veterans Drive to Main Street in downtown Kyle, expanding the roadway from two to three lanes to enhance traffic flow and accessibility.

    Jack C. Hays Segment: Widen the intersection from Veterans Drive to north of Witte Road, with the addition of two new lanes and a median to improve traffic management and safety.
