West segment: Realign the sharp curves and add capacity to a 1-mile stretch of Bebee Road between northbound frontage road of I-35 and Sunlight Boulevard with a roundabout at the intersection of the Kohlers to Seton extension.

East segment: Upgrade a 1.8 mile section of Bebee Road between Sunlight Boulevard and east of Green Pastures Road with roundabouts at Dacy Lane, S. Goforth, and N. Goforth.
